      Assembly Instructions

      Wheeled Base & Stand

      1. On bottom of base, push caster into end of each leg.
        Rotate caster lock up to move stand; rotate down to secure.
      2. Push bottom of pole securely into center of base to complete stand.

        Extending Pole & Attaching Form to Stand

        1. Turn top section of pole height adjuster counterclockwise to loosen.
        2. Extend inner pole 12”; turn adjuster clockwise to tighten.
        3. Loosen thumb screw on pole bracket and slide bracket to 3” from top of pole; tighten screw.
